hi,
i've purchased the professional template, tried to installe it by upload package file via joomla and received this message: "Unable to find install package", "JFTP: :store: Bad response
Warning: Failed to move file!"

can you please advise what to do?

tks for responding.

i've used the guideline and unzipped the downloaded file, it contains the zip-file "as002026-premium.zip" which i tried to upload and install via joomla, with a/m result.

can you advise what to do?
