I downloaded the free version to check the features, however the template didn't install properly. The template backend is not properly managed, its showing tabs as "COM_TEMPLATES_PRESETS_FIELDSET_LABEL" . It seems Helix3 framework bundled with the theme is not properly set. I tried to install Helix Frame 3 separately, however no luck. I am using Joomla 3.8.3. Please suggest so as to i will further go ahead and purchase single domain license. I don't have option to send screen capture.
