I´m trying to change the superfish menu colors but it is impossible, I tried change all parameters but seems with no change. Can you tell me how can I do for that or I have to edit the css code? Thank you

It can be done by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin:
