I purchased 02027 and when I go to upload the quickstart package I get the following message : Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
The premium version will install, but it doesnt have all of the default content and module positions installed. Please send me a link for a corrected quickstart package.

You can't install quick-start package via Joomla extension manager, it should be installed like regular Joomla package, please see the template documentation for more info:
