Hi, am trying to upload the quickstart version of this template on localhost but i keep on getting this error.

Hello PAULAYIEKO,
It's not error, just issue with PHP version in your hosting, make sure that you have PHP at 5.6.x or higher.
Or recommend you install XAMPP on your localhost https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
