We don't want to have to start from scratch with installing a new quick start file. That would mean losing all the work we've done on the current website. Can you provide us with the updated files separately please?

No need to start from scratch. Since it's the shop component bringing trouble, I have included the latest version that you will install over the existing one. For the template, you will update specific folder- warp. Delete the old one and copy paste the one in the updated files by to your old version.
