I've purchased the template for 1 domain.
After some days the homepage show me this error: "Class 'Helix3FeatureCommon_config' not found"
How can I solve it?

Hello,
Go to the update, you will see Helix3 - Ajax and System - Helix3 Framework plugins in the list, as you can see in the screenshot below.

You have to update both the plugins.

The problems seems like the way you have setup the template. I saw the you have now installed Helix.
We can only offer a refund if the problem with our product. If you want I can go ahead and install the quickstart package for you removing what you already have there.

I can re-install the quickstart by myself. Support requested seems not so good in this case.
