pre-install-database restoration-sitesetup-finish all went successfull ,but i accidently clossed the bowser with out removing installation directory,this error pops up when visited the site.any clue?

Just issue because you're using PHP 5.4.x, Joomla! need PHP 5.6.x or higher, so please go ot hostgator cpanel, find tool "PHP Selector" and update PHP to 7.x
If you need help with PHP version update, just send me hostgator username (you sent me password before, but missed username).
