Yesterday I bought your Joomla! template LT Artist. I downloaded the files, including the Quickstart option and I tried to restore your template and data samples thru Quickstart. The instruction document for the restore option, however, lacks some vital information, such as Database server host name, username, password and database name (on the "Restoration of site's main database" page). Without the essential info, restore is not possible as no connection can be made with phpMyAdmin, which als makes the Quickstart option worthless. I would be obliged if you could send me the proper information. Thank you very much.

Hello JOSSIBRT,
You just install Joomla (download from Joomla.org), then send me your site and FTP account to our support email at "admin@ltheme.com", so I can install Quickstart package for you.

Thank you for your reply.
My ftp account is not operational yet. I was using my localhost thru xampp. The instruction document "How to install Quickstart package using Akeeba kickstart?" is not really updated and uses in kickstart.php a different backup of a website. Therefore it was not really helpful.
If you send me the right info as I requested, I can do it myself. I'm an experienced Joomla! user and also known with Akeeba.
Thank you.

Hello JOSSIBRT,
For database info, you must go phpMyAdmin in your localhost, create new database.
Then, during install, you put info to connect database like below
host: localhost
database user: root
password: [by default it's null, just leave blank, but if you have set pass, then put it]
database name: [your-database-name]
Get an access to all 265 items designed and developed by LTheme team plus all the future items
