The contact form does not display when using this template. However, the form will display when I switch over to the Joomla default template.

There seems to be a problem with contact form when using an alternate user account. The form only be sends to the super user. We need it to be able to send to a specified user account.

Just checked it on our demo preview, it is working, try to check your junk folder or it can be that your client's hosting provider blocks any emails from your website.

I did look in the junk folder. I will check with hosting provider to see if there are any restrictions. However, I first noticed this problem occurring after installing the Joomla 3.7.3 update.
