Yes, this is a menu module.
In case to move the logo you have to edit params.php file, please find the following (it should be online 423)
$companyname_margin = "60px 0px 0px 0px";
and replace with:
$companyname_margin = "60px 0px 0px 20px";

Hello gytis47,
The logo dimensions can't be changed in the template, there is no such parameter, sorry. We can just suggest you to re-size using any of image editors.
In case to move the logo you have to edit params.php file, please find the following (it should be online 423)
$companyname_margin = "60px 0px 0px 0px";
and replace with:
$companyname_margin = "60px 0px 0px 20px";
Regarding the HOME link, we not quite understand your question, is it created in the menu, if so, just delete it from the menu or unpublish.

There is now such option in the template parameters, as well you can't change it in the Joomla admin panel. In your case you have edit the index.php file, look for the following under id 'companyname':

In the last release we have added header, content anf footer link parameters.
The best way for updating you template is uploading all package via FTP on your server. Note: you may lose all work that was done before in any of your files, we recommend to make backup before uploading it on the server.
Regarding the logo link, we checked your site, it works :)
