I bought the template and installed with the Quick Installer but I can not log in with the username and password I entered and there is copiright and advertising everywhere on the page
I also have the problem that the title disappears in the submenu when I am on the side. in the mouse hover you can see the text again. where can I find the sub menu in the scrips and how should I edit this, so that the title of the submenu is shown to me in the navigation and not just blue.

now, i'd deactivate the maintenance site.
So, when you click on the button "Vermietung", and after that you go with the cursor on an subbutton from "Vermietung" > all buttons are in blue.
How can i fix this bug?

Do you mean it's copyright on footer? If so, you can edit it via Template Settings > Basic, option "Copyright".
You also can see two modules at position 'footer1' and 'footer2' which also contain copyright text and license, you can find it via Module Manager.
