Where do you have this error message please? Do you have the parent theme on your server? If it is missed on yours server the parent theme you can find in the downloaded package file in theme folder.

Sure!! there is a parent theme on my server but I don't have parent theme on my wordpress admin, That's why I have got this error message. I tried to many times to upload parent theme on wordpress admin but it never works! I always got this;

For checking this issue we need an access to your WP admin panel and server via FTP, the access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
Bonjour votre thème fait merveilles. Super. Je n'ai pas trouvé comment dupliquer une fiche Staff car j'en aurai besoin d'autres. J'ai vu comment créer mais je préférerai copier le modéle.

et en n°6 Ward Thomas et cette fiche se trouve en première position je ne comprends pas.

We think you have some problem with email settings, try to check your server email log, hope it will help you.
Sorry, there is no redirection option, it should be developed.

I already have some experience in Word Press, Joomla! is new for me, which template shall I choose in case if both templates could be translated?

contact forms don't work, so why set up in wordpress, cost me hours to get nowhere and when i ask for support i can't get any, and Our Residentials section doest always load, i will unsubribe and don't bother me again, you don't offer any support, if it doest work bad luck. i advise people to go with another company
