Purchased this item on 8 May 2020, and uploaded to hosting platform. Clicked on the Top Slider to access this feature on the template . A message appeared asking us to register and then requesting payment.
I am confused, I don't understand why we are unable to access the Top slider feature on this template. We purchased a regular licence paid $29.00 , and assumed that this meant that the template purchase Wordpress Theme Puregym would come as seen with all the features included as detailed in the descriptions. Including the top slider as part of the purchase of the template.
Can you help please - provide us with instructions how to activate the top slider on this template.
