We are facing lot of issues post the templated download.
First of all we will not ale to unzip "unzip_me_first_v100.523091024371.et.chemical". Somehow we unzipped but post that when we extract "demo.enginetemplates.com-wordpress-premium-et-chemical-20181211-023236-743.wpress" all the files are not extracting properly.
Request to share with us the proper zip/bundle of the purchased template. Since we are facing a lot of issues.
Please share with us asap. Your help is much appreciated.

Followed the same steps after unzip file is corrupted. Unable to import and displaying below error message
"Unable to import
The archive file is corrupted. Follow this article to resolve the problem."
Ultimatelty if we are extacting using any extractor we are facing issue. You can refer the below error message.
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
it looks issue is with the zip file. Please share us the stable template link.
