For footer, it's widgets, you can install Classic Widget plugin to edit it.
Can you move website to temporary hosting and share me login info? So, I can check it better.

I have installed and activated the Classic Widgets widget and reloaded the home page, but am still not able to edit either the header or footer. Regarding moving the website to temporary hosting, I can't waste any more time on this theme.
