WordPress Theme 006048 - Item Support

Ijust purchased this template. When I upload it I recieve the following error message:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.

I get the same error message when installing the quick start installation

I am logged in the WP dashboard. I go under installed themes and upload the zip quick-start package
