Your Template is full with issues!!!! It is e.g. not possible to change "Contact us" into "Kontakt". These "AS Menu" looks to "Main Menu" but if i change the name here, NOTHING happens! The Text on your slide banner is much to large! And so on... All these important things i couldn´t try before... I Think about to cancel these purchase.... Very hazardous!
You can´t see the Page. They are under construction and closed. But (as i said already a view days before) if you tell me an E-Mail or send me a Mail to my Adress in the profile, i tell you my problems. What you here offer is not that, what a customer can see (http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002046/index.php/features/module-positions). And that is very angry and time-consuming.
And it goes on: Got Error "Speichern fehlgeschlagen! Fehler: Invalid Parent ID". I will open a case on Paypal. Your ignorance is unabashed! Thank you for nothing. And all other interested guys: Here you will surely not be happy!

If the template is installed with quick-start installation package everything should be fine.
Nothing is fine!!! The result of your "QUICK"-start required so much time exposure, that i only swear. And again: It is not possible for you to enter these page. I have to give you a login. The Page is in a service mode. But as i told you 100 times: I dont write these information here because it´s public. And furthermore: Why do you deliver a pure Template installation option, if it doesn´t work? I try since 3 Days to install your Quick-start and what i get looks different to your demo and provided me an extremly high amount of energy. That is so frustrating!!!!!

The quick-start installation will take 5-10 minutes of your time, we already explained you many times that your site will never look like our demo preview without installing this package . my newly installed package has some issues, which are different from previous installation.
For example:
1. Menu doesnt resize if i take out a category. Before it did.
2. Text size in the boxes on the front page appears huge and boxes are different size.
3. Phone number goes under subscribe part.
Also where can i find tmpl.default in my files, which folder is it?

And as you see, this is not what you show in the Demo (http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002046/index.php). And there is absolutely no matter what I set, I only get errors.

We can see only one problem there and it is 'heading fonts', by some reason fonts are set to: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif instead Google:BenchNine, you can easily change them in your Joomla admin panel under the template general configuration parameters, the heading font family parameter must to be set to Google:BenchNine.
No, sorry! I don´t share your position! Your Template is so extremely restricted... If i try to put a new menu item to the Main Menu, it will be appear below the menu. Because it seems to be so that more than 6 items in this bar are not possible.

In case to add additional item you have to change the menu item width in the '/modules/mod_as_menu/css/ext.default.css' file in the following class (line 62):
I can´t change the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy". Got the Error "Speichern fehlgeschlagen! Fehler: Invalid Parent ID". And your phone number on the top has two colour. I changed these number in a first step for a view and now it has only one color.

1. It never did, we think there is a mistake :), the menu is designed in original for 6 items, to make it for 5 items you have to change the 'width' parameter to 20% in the following class in the 'http://admin.tailormadeproperties.net/modules/mod_as_menu/css/ext.default.css' file (line 62):

It works perfekt if there is no "Readmore" in the Artikles.
If there is a "Readmore" in the Artikles, it does not work for tfurther Artikles :

1 has no readmore
2 and 3 have "ReadMores."
With other Templates. it works perfekt.
