A normal support should include this as it is not beyond the normal functionalities of the template. this feature is included in other as templates so it is not new. Just to place contact details information correctly in a custom module.
Unfortunately mobile devices does not have enough space for the slider, but you can enable it in '/templates/as002056/css/media.767.css' file the following class (line 97):
#slider-row {
display: none;
}
We do not see any problems with the icons, them looks exact like on our demo server.

You have to delete 'display' property.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/

I purchased from TemplateMonster.com originally. I checked their site but I don't see this same template listed with them anymore. It was purchased almost a year ago, in June of 2016. The version I bought was for joomla 2.5 which is no longer supported so I really need the joomla 3 version.

where can I download the updated files from the current Version?
I still use Version 1.1.0. Since the last updates from our joomla package I have some trouble with the contact form.
