Joomla! Template 002056 - Item Support

Talked to Network Specialist today for an hour while they tried to figure out what was going on with my install of YOUR template. after an hour he finally gave up. We tried everything. I have no idea what is going on but with no support you leave me no choice but to contact PayPal and let them know exactly what is going on and the fact you can fix it for a $50.00 ...SCAM.....

Just me again. Another few hours working on trying to get your template installed. Is there not an installer package to make things simple where you install it from the install while in the back end of Joomla? This cannot be this tough. I did finally get all the login information correct and went through the complete process where it finally said it was installed correctly and wanted me to remove the installation files which I did. Then I logged in to my Joomla and went to templates and your template is not there. So what is wrong now????????

Now I am totally screwed. Every time I try to run the setup it comes up to this screen

I remove it and go into templates and there is nothing there. Maybe you can point me in the right direction from here. I click on remove folder and go back to my ftp client and the folder is gone but where is the template????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Back at it again this morning. I have tried to run the install again and maybe change where the data base is point to but it does not go to the Quick Install page anymore. It goes directly to the last page.

I have no option to install anymore. I login to my joomla site and in templates YOUR template is not loaded. Someone there must be able to help me.

I read your other message, I am not sure you understand the PayPal dispute. They are looking for me to work it out with your company but you are not helping the situation. You help me get my website up and going and I cancel the dispute. You don't help me and I find another Joomla template and the dispute will be resolved by PayPal and you will be flagged when someone tries to buy a template through your site. So it is really up to your company.

New Error tonight. Now I am a week into this template since I PAID IN FULL for a template that does not work.
Error
An error occurred while trying to create the database cichlids.
The user may not have enough privileges to create a database. The required database may need to be created separately before you can install Joomla!
The cichlid data base is already there.

This is the data base. When I use what it calls for and the installation finishes there is no template there when I log into my Joomla admin.
This exactly what it looks like when I open my Admin control panel in Joomla.

Are you happy now. I got it installed to the point where it screwed my whole system with errors. Shows up in my templates but full of errors and the whole site crashed when I try to open it in Joomla.

Good Morning you will see PayPal has defined my claim so can you please inform me what to do. Last night I went in and deleted my Joomla in admin and installed a fresh install. I will FTP the quick install directory back 9nto the root directory then try and run it again.

Okay did that but now back to the same problem as before.
Error
Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Could not connect to MySQL server.
I am really frustrated with this. I just want the site up and going so I can start making changes and adding our content along with photos and so on,The average person would not have a clue what to do. I can at least run the ftp and go into the data base and find usernames and so on but still nothing. Been over a week now.

Okay did everything correctly and then removed installation files by clicking on button remove files. go into extensions and then templates and your template is there but as soon as I click on it to go in and edit it I get this message.

Yes I am still at it. Joomla totally up to date. New in stall of template and it is there but will not work. Click on it and I get this.

I think I better give up. Error after error. No matter how far I get. Now totally installed and my website has a default Joomla template up. Can’t even open your template.

No Network Solutions says something to do with the Joomla I have been trying to install they have to go in and manually fix it tomorrow. At this point the site is down completley. I cannot even log into joomla admin. its like the domain is gone.Last error trying to just type in the address. klcichlidcrazy.ca
