Sorry but, my brain has stopped functioning !

I am blank trying to create a Menu Item to the page. Tried several things but to no avail.

I can't belive I have forgotten something so simple. Can't even make head nor tail of the instructions I have Googled and on your site.

Please tell me how to do this :-)

Hey! If I am using the regular Joomla tags, they are not displayed with this template. If I change template to one of the built-in templates the tags are displayed .
Is there a way to display tags with the 2061 template?

I purchased the AS002061 template and after uploading I don't have all of the modules listed in the modules configuration option. It looks like I only have the free version and I also wasn't given the option to install sample data.

I used a hosting account for my Joomla installation and therefore installed the template via Template Manager in the Joomla cPanel for my sites administration.

I was able to get the modules in the right position for some of the module options I had, but was missing most others. I am familiar with how to view the layouts on an existing template for the module positions. I was able to use those to match with the documentation's module positions. (http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002061/index.php?tp=1) But again, missing most of the module positions from this page.

I previewed that option but that is not how my install works in the Joomla cPanel. I am not running my own host servers and don't have the option to install in exactly this manner. In my hosting account we are giving the option to install the template, modules and plug-ins via an upload of the .zip packages.

Do you not have an option to install the template via the Joomla cPanel?

Yeah, this is not going to well. You misunderstood me and I am also misunderstanding you. I do have the option to install Joomla 3.4.3 and it is installed successfully which is why your template is displaying on my site http://www.myview.reviews.

So now I am just trying to upload the Quickstart Package there as you suggested earlier but installing it via the Joomla Shell in the Control Panel.

It doesnt install at all. Is it because I already have the template installed prior to now trying to upload the quickstart zip file and install?

I'm sorry, that documentation just isn't user friendly and is very hard to follow. I am a Software Developer and if this is a difficult process for me, I cant imagine the challenges the average end user would have with this template.

I just wish I had known some of this before making the purchase of the template. I feel like I wasted my money. I have been an avid Joomla user for more than 10 years since Joomla 1.0 days and this has been the only template, component, module, or plug in that I have ever had to seek support for, and then not to get that support and still be referred to the same documentation that I have tried for 48 hours already that simply doesn't work is just rude.

Great look and feel for the template, but not a user friendly template at all. I will have to submit my reviews accordingly.

I have on idea what you are asking, however I can confirm that I just checked the files in File Manager for my host for this site and all the QuickStart files are there.

I literally went and compared every file, and the modules are simply not there. Is this the only way you provide support. This is not very effective. I need to speak with someone on a phone?

I think there is some sort of language barrier or miscommunication in some way.

I installed the modules files separately in Extension Manager and pulled those files from 'Extensions' directory after unzipping the downloaded package.

I just uninstalled the template and reinstalled the template.

The first problem is there is no way to view any of the documentation until after you have actually installed the template. That is the only way I can access any instructions and so therefore that is the first time the customer sees the instructions to install the QuickStart which may be a problem to go back and do so after installing the template. I am really not sure. All I do know is I was able to compare the files in file manager and as far as I can tell, they match.

I'm just really at a loss and losing significant revenue with this issue. I just simply have never had this much difficulty with any template before. I have tried everything I know how to try.

Is there some reason why the quick start files are not included in the paid install package already? This is how most templates are configured.
