we would like to have the latest update from TEMPLATE 002061. Currently we have the version 1.0.0 installed. We paid for the license renewal and downloaded the installation files.
How should I proceed now for an update? Thank you in advance.

Joomla does not have a tool for updating templates, you will need to upload all files or changed files only on your server via FTP, the list of updated files you can preview here: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-news/224-002061
Do not forget about backup before update.
If I buy a regular license and attach a domain to it. Can I then change this domain to another, that is, detach the old and attach a new one. Or the domain remains only the original forever.

I think the issue is the template, because SEF rewriting works well with others templates i installed for testing purpose...

In fact, you are right, the problem of SEF rewriting is due to phoca gallery. My site with other templates works well though.
I uninstalled phoca gallery completely because it is not the first time I have problems with this extension.
I am testing with the free template and run into an issue with the newsflash on the frontpage. When I click on the picture, I see the text, and when I want to continue, the page stays there and the article is shown below, where I rather see the picture dissapears and a new page is opening, same as in your demo.
That's what I did. I have two articles linked in one category. That category is linked to the module article newsflash. The blue picture is working but the woman with the phone picture is not working. Hope you can help
How can I change the color of the background of the position 4, where the logo is placed? Now it's white, and i want it another color.

The color you can change or add by editing css only, for the header row please see 'zknew/templates/as002061/css/tmpl.default.css' file the following class (line 1986)
You have to create a menu item for each of your article, then you will be able to manage modules assignment, we do not see menu items for your articles on your current website.
