Joomla! Template LT Business - Item Support

thanks for this snippet:

I exchanged ">" with a small icon which is displayed finde.
One problem.. if hovered or clicked on one menu item, the "content" (here: ">") disappears...
How is it possible to fix this symbol there all the time?

Hello! unfortunately the "Content"-Image is still disappearing while hover. Furthermore all Icons aren´t shown after clicking one submenu-item... may I ask for another idea?

But after I clicked on one item, the icons disappear.

When I check "Force UTF-8 collation on tables" install will continue, finish is okay, but my website not work, and when I try sign in the domain_name\administrator the website is only white blank screen.

But now, I have a new problem :-) :
My webpage menu is not see in mobile phone.

I do not know if there is another method, we do not manage PHP or XAMPP, our website has years of active and we only wanted to update the template, we have access to the Cpanel, that is.

Will you have another way? or at least modify the ability to upload files in the Joomla manager?
