What is your website url please and page where we can see this problem?
My website is http://www.santacrocedelsannio.eu and the problem arises in the slide on the home page.
But you can also see the problem in your demo page of the template https://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002098/. The problem arises only if you connect with mobile devices like the smartphone.

The template is just a graphic user interface, it shows content which you set in your Joomla admin panel, we think you did not configured your language switcher properly.

If so, yes, the caption is disabled on mobile devices as you can see on our demo preview page: https://www.astemplates.com/itempreview-iphone-portrait/560
The screen on mobile devices is too small, as result there is no space to show the caption.
